70 MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS | Learn proper exercise technique & scorch calories in a fun, energetic atmosphere! Sessions are structured to your personal goals while focusing on postural improvements, core activation, strength gains, & functionality. Includes a warm-up & cool down.
CUSTOMIZED SOLO WORKOUTS | Personalized monthly solo workout programming to compliment your 1-on-1 sessions, providing you with the consistency required to achieve your fitness goals. Take the guess work out of your workout!
*Unless recurring bi-weekly OR weekly, single session purchases do not include solo workout programs.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE | Training is only part of the puzzle! Learn your macro nutrient & calorie ranges for success! Includes a food log analysis and personal calorie/macro recommendations.
REMOTE COACH SUPPORT | Amanda wants to do her best to support you throughout your fitness journey; text your coach to keep celebrate victories, hold yourself accountable, keep you motivated, or to simply ask for protein powder recommendations. She's here for you every step of the way!
EASY APP ACCESS | Workout programs are updated with ease using the app Trainer Fu
CONTRACT FREE | No hidden or start up fees, no yearly contracts.
EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS | Paypal, Venmo, & all major credit cards accepted. All credit cards are charged using Square. There is a $2.75 processing fee for all credit card payments.

Amanda will contact you within 48 hours to verify your registration, complete your payment, and schedule your first assessment session. Sessions must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.
